Has anyone checked out the Fulltone web site lately? Interesting stuff with the GT-350. I think the idea for a solid state tape echo is also a good one.

Interesting. It's a similar general concept to the new Z.Vex Box Of Rock. The series/parallel switch is a curious detail.

I like it. Cascading FET stages and series/parallel boost are very cool.

I'd rather have a boost before and boost after switch...but that should be a real easy mod. They've already got the switch and lots of real estate.

Sounds like a cool idea, maybe he means to sell it for $350? :D

Looks alot like the KOT too. Veeeeery interesting.....

I like the idea of any 2-stage pedal where the stages can be used stacked or together (instead of one or the other exclusively)...

Have to keep my eye on this one... I'm scared to see what it'll cost, tho.

Unless I'm mistaken, wasn't the Fulltone Fulldrive II really the first development along these lines?

It seems to me that I remember the FD II to have been a pretty innovative pedal when it first hit the scene...

The FDII was pretty innovative, even if the underlying circuit wasn't. IMO, it was JATS (just another tube screamer) but it was built with impeccable quality, had true bypass (unheard of in those days) and had the boost function. I think it spawned the whole 'boutique' industry. This GT-350 pedal looks cool as hell.

The Fulltone GT-350 OD could be very cool, I've got a lot of respect for Mike's ear given how well the OCD works. Hope the price tag is aimed at the broad market, not cork-sniffers. Still looking for a reasonably-priced OD pedal to compliment my OCD, want to try a Zvex BOR when the Vexter version ships.

And a Fulltone solid-state tape echo could be very interesting. I regret selling my EP3 years ago, was the best delay I've owned. If the price of the solid-state version ends up significantly lower than the TTE, I'd probably get one. But if the projected street price is anywhere near what a TTE fetches, I'll keep using my DL4.

You be quiet. ;) I'm still jonesing for the 25th Anniversary MOSFET FD2 and a good half dozen other OD pedals I don't actually need.

Just quit while you're ahead and I won't have to mess you up. :Devil

This looks great, except the Distortion side looks like it's just a Distortion Pro. I sure hope it isn't.
