It was inevitible with the success of the 339. I'm guessing it will be a more decked out version with fancier inlays and a flamed maple top, though they are also intrducing the "figured" 339 as well. If anyone finds a pic, please show it here or add a link.

I've been looking at maybe buying and ES-355 and now the 359 might be a contender as well. Cool info!

The 339 is a 335 in a Les Paul size, right?

Anyone got any pictures of these new models?

The 339 is comparable in size to a Les Paul. Mine is extremely comfortable to play and very lightweight.

    I hope it's cheaper than a CS356.........if it's priced between an ES339 and the CS356 I'm really interested.................

How about one in gloss black with multi layer bindings and gold hardware.

My cherry 339 with 59 neck is my number one. I'd love to check out a 359 if it is like a Les Paul Custom in appointments. My number 2 is a black LP Custom.

Pre-orders available at GC.com and also musiciansfriend now. Hmm...I might have to stick to the plain 339 at those prices..

I'm still debating on grabbing a 339 with my tax check. I'm afraid the GAS is overtaking me. Again!!!

I was hoping this would have a flame top and a Bigsby......if this is a 339 with an ebony fingerboard..it's WAY overpriced....339s are $1799

$1200 more just for an ebony fingerboard....
