Just got my new Grosh Bent Top Custom from the fantastic folks at GGuitars in Connecticut after putting her on layaway three months ago. This beauty sports a mahogany body and exquisite curly maple top, Medium Roundback neck, Fralin Blues Specials single coils, Fralin Unbucker 9K in the bridge with blend control that allows you to mix the bridge and neck pups together, and gorgeous abalone inlays that really top off the blueness theme of the guitar. This guitar has a special personal connection since my name in Sanskrit basically translates to "deep blue." This guitar sounds incredible: big and bold bottom end, sweet mids and smooth highs. And it plays like a dream. I had a used Grosh Hollow Bent Top Custom that I sold a couple of years ago because I couldn't bond with the Large Roundback neck. The Medium Roundback on this guitar, with the 1-11/16 nut width and 12-inch radius, fits me like a glove. Grosh guitars really nail the vintage vibe, and is a perfect complement to my Suhr Classics and Soloway Swan. Don Grosh is an amazing artist!

    Sunil,

The color, grain, and bookmatching of the top are stunning, and the overall appearance is certainly 'deep blue.'

Stunning! Congrats man. Love my BTC and have been playing it a bunch in the last few weeks. Mine's blue, but with a pick guard, strat control layout, and a large soft V neck.

BTW - I also have a Swan. The "classic" for me is Tyler though. :BEER

Awesome! What size frets are those, 6105? Also, is there a coil tap for the bridge pickup? If not, why did you/they go with the unbucker as opposed to a standard humbucker or P92.

Amazing! I don't see many non-sunburst finishes on grosh guitars. This is spectacular.

Serious boat-wake figuring below the bridge. Nice score.
