The day finally got here. I ordered this guitar about 3 weeks after I received my Drop Top. Got the call from my dealer yesterday. Unfortunately I was busy the entire evening and didn't have the opportunity to play it until tonight. So far, what a great guitar! It was exactly how I wanted it (I already know it isn't for everyone).

Here are the specs:

Anderson Classic
Sage Green Metallic
Alder Body
Chocolate Maple Neck (1 11/16 nut, Jumbo Frets, BFTS and Even Taper)
Chrome Vintage Trem
Locking Tuners
SC2 SC2 H2+ (Aged White Pickguard)
5 Way, VA Boost

I literally played it for the first time minutes before I hit record on the camera. Sorry about the lame monologue but I was winging it and didn't know what to play. All I can say is Tom just does it right. It feels and sounds great so far. I will be making some proper clips soon enough but wanted to give you guys a look and a listen. I'll take better pictures later. I purely just didn't have time to set it up right. It feel quite a bit different from my Drop Top. I like the fact that both guitars are different and offer diversity of tones. The H3+ in the Drop Top is quite a bit hotter. The H2+ is more balanced and I feel like I can hear more picking nuances. I can't wait to really put it through its paces and become more familiar with it. So glad today is here! Tom has made me a fanboy. Seriously, I am spoiled. They are quickly becoming my "go to' guitars!!

**Watch in 720p (1080p plays choppy for some reason)**

Awesome. I wish T.Anderson offered NS frets and option to not have BFTS, but I understand those are his things and he is happy with the way they work for his guitars. The man makes great instruments, one of the top class acts of the industry as well.

Ha, you threw me into confusion with that Marshall. I thought it sounded awfully good for a random stock modern Marshall!

nice color!
I like that new neck joint
Anderson's are great, but the two strap button thing is kind of weird. . .

what's 'chocolate maple"?

That is on sweet guitar, love the color and simplicity - cool as all get out.

Can't wait to see a few videos with a bit of blues and clean sounds, if you don't mind what set up are you using for the amp?

Sorry it took so long to reply. It has been a ton of fun getting to know her the past 7 days. I really like this guitar a whole lot.

I like the two strap buttons. I t allows me to lean the guitars against my coach or chair without fear of it tilting and falling over. I think it is a very thoughtful feature.

I will set the amp up for a clean blusey tone next time. Not a problem.
