It will not really get a "review" until some of the 11R EXPERTS get ahold of it and put it through it's paces. Do a side by side comparison of it, the 11R, AX8, Helix, and others to see where it really stands. While the 11R has good pieces and can stand along side of the higher priced units (in some cases), I would hope that Headrush does some major improvements on the lacking areas so that it can be more favorably able to stand up better. I would not count this unit out just yet though.

That's what it says... seems a bit insane to me (which is why I posted it) but maybe I'm wrong... I thought 12 months was pretty standard these days for relatively expensive gear.

I found it disconcerting that nobody in the room could tell me how many samples (512 / 1024 / 2048) were supported in the IR functionality.

I'm starting to think it supports IRs on paper. Only.

Call me crazy, but, doesn't "3 jaar" in Dutch translate to "3 year" ?

Perhaps there was a commitment to showcase this at NAMM early on, when dates were looking good, and then they fell behind, but stuck with the Namm appearance anyway.......who knows.

There does seem to be a lack of information / press / marketing going on, considering they should have expected the rush of interest after showing it off.

The Dutch is, "Op dit product krijg je 3 maanden garantie."

EDIT: I think the 3 year warranty is through BAX, not Headrush... Thomann also has a "3 year Thomann Warranty". I think that the manufacturers warranty is three months. At least that that is what BAX says.

Well AMS says it'll be in stock in a couple days... so NAMM was really the LAST big chance they had to promote it before the release date... assuming that that date (which seems to be similar other places) is accurate.

I'd like to hear what @X-Mann can wring out of it. He's the king of the Eleven Rack.

I'm not sure if you saw that I edited my post...

I think that the BAX Warranty is 3 years, like the Thomann one, but the manufacturers warranty (so if you bought it directly, or second hand with a non-transferable store warranty) is 3 months. Which is, I agree, weird.

I'm gonna go ahead and say that the ratio of Headrush awesomeness to thread length is probably going to be heavily weighted towards the thread length end of things.

Now if only TGP supported IRs natively.

I'm just here waiting for someone to buy it and then return it in 10 minutes or less (without opening the box) 'cause it sucked. Only then, will it be awesome ;)
