A new pedal accessory that solves the common issue of lost settings by protecting your knobs without locking them: The Stompshield (US PAT. PEND.)
Will be avalaible for purchase in March 2015 on www.stompshield.com

    - Full knob protection – no more lost settings
    - Unaltered knob operation and monitoring – settings can still be changed on-the-fly
    - Elegant and unobtrusive design
    - Easy to install and durable (anodized CNC machined aluminum)

As of today (10/17/2015), StompShield can be purchased in bulk for $2.65 (no minimum quantity). We also lowered the price on the packs of 5. They now go for $24.99, and that's for 5 shields AND 5 alimunum knobs.

Aluminum knobs and installation wrenches can also be purchased in bulk, so you now have the choice to buy/use your own knobs (if they fit inside the shield) or buy the ones we sell.

Yeah, I could use some of those. I get sloppy-footed at gigs.

Very cool idea. I could see this also being useful for rack gear.

I dig those classic hi-fi knobs. I used a bunch of those (or something very similar) on some of my own builds back in the late '70s or so. I still have about a dozen of them in a jar on a shelf in my workshop...

It didn't even see it the first time, but look at the green pedal in this photo!

I can absolutely use a couple of these. I'm assuming they will work with an assortment of pot shaft diameters? Are they adaptable, or do you select for the pot diameter in the purchase options?

Just a couple of snaps, I need to lock down the shields on the neunabers, but with my secret pre (which was easy to change the old knob in my pedalboard configuration), I can't seem to move it accidentally!! All in all, super happy customer. Can't wait for the red ones for my elements and my arc klone.

As I said in my thread over in the effects sub forum, these could be really cool on an amp as well if they fit!

    Sorry about the bad pics!

I have four pedals now outfitted with Stompshields and these things are great. Put another set on yesterday right before a gig... And everything went great. These things are awesome. A great idea and a great product.
