New Private Stock #969 In the House

Hi Folks,

After a long two month biz trip to China I came home to my new baby. I can't contain myself... It is a PS 513, Charcol Gray w/ Nitro-Satin finish (ala ME), Brazlian Neck w/ Santana Neck Carve, Mamoth Ivory Birds w/ Silver surrounds.

Once again hats off to my good friend Jack Gretz for helping me put this together, as well and Joe Knaggs and Co at PRS....this thing is friggin' killer

I'm sorry for being so boastful about this, but I just have to show off this awesome piece of craftsmanship and tone. I'd appreciate if someone could give me an assist posting pics.

Gorgeous guitar......did you ever play one of the 513's before you ordered this? I loved the neck and playability of the ones I've tried.....just could never get into the pickups unfortunately.

That's the standard neck joint for the 513.

Thanks so much for all of the kind responses..I'm still gloating as this baby plays as nice as she looks

I do have another 513 from the Summer NAMM show which, so I knew what I was getting. I actually ordered this at the Winter 2004 NAMM show when it was first introduced, so I waited almost 15 months for her.

The neck joint is the standard 513 neck joint...

Timm, you got so worked up after getting that fine guitar that you got a sudden case of dyslexia. 969, 696, I would get that mixed up after opening that case too! Love that color on that top!
