I think this looks cooler for some reason. My favorite two guitars are my 92' Tele and my s/s/h Parker Nitefly.

I'm actually no fan of coffee table tops but unfortunately that one is the only chamber Ash, maple mapletop, maple board they offer.
Ideally the blue one with the "sound hole" and these woods...

I thought most of their guitars in the Boden line were also chambered ash/maple tops?

I'm looking forward to your review! I really want to try one of these things, but some of the comments by people who have played them has discouraged me from ordering one.

Looks off kilter. My gut tells me it's probably way more comfortable than the average Tele.

Tis true - only two chambered models - the other in Candy Apple Red has a Pau Ferro fretboard...

    Hi,

I wouldn't know who has discouraged you from getting one, but I've been recently blessed with one, in the Ice Blue Metallic (could not justify the $ difference of the Deluxe variant). It's unbelievable how good that guitar is - it has become my number one in the matter of days. The ergonomics of the neck, and the body is out of ordinary - the most comfortable guitar I've ever played, period. Practically speaking, I had very limited learning curve as I almost immediately clicked with the instrument. I cannot say enough good things about how well it plays, and the sustain is way out there. It sounds great acoustically, end the Suhr pups are on the vintage side with balanced tone.

I hope this helps a bit, cheers!

I just received a Prog 6 as I was stepping out the door for a business trip on Tuesday. Just got back at Midnight on Friday night, and had about an hour with it now (priorities). I have not plugged it in yet, but so far the guitar is killer to play, and I love the neck. I know, let's see how I feel in a month....

Plus those are loosely based on Tele rather than Strats...1 cutaway...
