1. The Gear Page is run by musicians for musicians. We listen, we learn and if we misstep we are not afraid to do the right thing. We proposed some changes to the Emporiums. Based on feedback from members, we have decided to not go ahead with those changes. However, it has also highlighted that we need some community input into what is working and what is not working for members here. Primarily focused on the Emporiums, we'd like input on your thoughts about TGP and how things work in the Emporiums for you and how you'd improve them. The discussion thread on the is here!

I put a similar thread up and deleted it because people are talking about it in the PT50 thread.

It's cool, it's now revealed that this 1st amp is a PT15 so might as well have a dedicated thread.

Count me in. I'm excited and this will be my 1st Suhr amp. I'll have to tell the wife that it's a required accessory for my Suhr Pete Thorn Sig guitar.

This is insane. Seriously, I hope this sort of design catches on.

Pete confirmed in the other thread that it is indeed a TRS.

Oh cool, that kills my interest then. Usually Suhrs are EL34. John builds modded Marshalls. It's his thing. I don't know how 6V6's are going to perform as he is mentioning. My 1st red flag. I'd have to compare to other amps 1st.

Looks fantastic.....I'm very attracted to it...but in my life its a crowded market for great tube amps. granted nothing like this has existed before..the IRs on board AND Reactive load are very welcome ideas.
Pete and Suhr don't dissapoint so..I have to hear it (and see the price point).
Thanks to Pete Thorn and John Suhr for making this happen.

The Bella is 6L6 and 2 of the badgers are el84. The hedgehog is 5881. The corso is 12bh7.

He makes just about as many non-el34 as he does el34 amps. Maybe more non at this point.
