newbie question about bouncing a midi track

Hello,

I'm still a relative newbie at this, hopefully you guys can help me out.
I have a midi drum track in Cubase SX that I've been trying to bounce but the results havent been good.
I've been recording 'What U hear' to bounce it but I'm thinking there must be a better way...

I noticed in the reason question thread MichaelK mentioned about latency bouncing a midi track, maybe you can give me some pointers?
