What would be your next small builder guitar that you would like to buy that you dont own and dont have on order and never actually seen in person or played . Just Based on what you have read here , etc So what guitar would you like to have . Just curious as to peoples tastes in guitars.
Its Funny how some guitars just suck me in and others just nothing.
I will say i would love to try a Ian Anderson based on what I have read and seen on this forum. This is not based on wait time or price , Moneys no object
Please no reviews , You one guitar wish for this year lets say . Ok this month !!:munch

It will very probably be a Myka, based on the Sungazer model (modified).

Tough call. Mark Fuqua had been working on a Belaire bass. That would be next for me if it gets introduced. Otherwise, I've been meaning to get a TCM Terrycaster for a couple of years now.

I love the Sungazer, and will probably get one down the road. I got to see one in process of construction at David's shop when he was in Buffalo NY.

Either a MotorAve LeMans or a Joe Yanuziello electric.

Well as long as I'm spending hypothetical gear Page Bucks, I'm signing up for a Gustavsson Bluesmaster.

    A really, really nice one.

Just went through this and bought a Koll Duoglide in the Emporium, definitely killer! Last year I bought a D'Pergo AVC off of Gearpage raves and it is my favorite strat ever. Year before was a Thorn, my favorite builder of all!!

Next would be a Gustavvson, Briggs or a Stevens.

Ron Kirn Tele - on the verge of ordering one now
Koll (though I have played one briefly, I've been eyeing them for years)

I sold it to him, and my next small-builder git would probably be a Koll. I have a set of 1950s P90s that are crying out to be put into a worthy git-fiddle.

    In no particular order:

    Gustavvson(sp?)

    Trussart
    McInturff
    Schroeder
    Koll

I know I'm forgetting a few right now. Too early and not enough coffee...

    Also in no particular order:

    Koll,
    Briggs,
    Soloway,
    Myka,
    Oldworld
    (Stevens already on order)

To the OP - you chose wisely with Ian Anderson - love my IA Standard, and he is super cool to deal with! I would also highly recommend the work done by his boss at the other shop, Scott Lentz.

    Cheers,

    Edward
