62 Fender Jazzmaster in Blonde w/ ash body.. Kinda beat but plays and sounds insane!
Wow Robby that's a total beaut.
I just love the looks of that.
Looks like a slab board.
But that creamy color just melts in the mouth.
Gotta love it man..
Wow. That’s one nice guitar you got there. I bet it wasn’t cheap but worth every penny. I’de love to have something like that but even the Japanese RI demand a hefty price.
Beautiful guitar. I was looking at that one, too. It has the right wear to look damn cool. Congrats!
Some of the best parts are the dark Brazilian rosewood board, Pickup are just fantastic, but the ash body make the guitar light @ 7.5 lbs also .83 neck @ the first!
Super vibey guitar!!
Awesome!! I was looking at that one too.
This guitar was my choice over a few I was looking at including a super clean 59 gold guard. I'm a player and I know if it's to clean I won't take it out to Gig's
Congrats on one beautiful guitar.
Play the hell out of it.
Lovely! Im playing something similar
That thing is hot hot hot!
Serial numbers indicate Jan of 62..
Go post it in the Vintage Offset thread. https://www.thegearpage.net/board/index.php?threads/show-us-your-vintage-offsets.1855079/ It needs to be in that thread!
Off topic but...can you compare the pickups in the Jazzmaster with P90s?
Just because there single coil and kinda P90ish in shape doesn't mean they sound alike. Sure, you can compare the two pickups but the difference is huge.. P90's are darker less articulate and more midrange. I find that the Jazzmaster pickups are vary sparkly less output very detailed. Kinda comparing apples and oranges.
