Right !? I searched all through the box nothing .... I sent them an email waiting on hearing back . I don’t want to snap the locks so I might try and pick it .

Yikes, that would be frustrating as all heck. Maybe it's a good thing though as it will give time for any potential "bugs" inside to meet a gruesome and painful death - before you either receive the keys or find an alternate way in. How nice of a case are we talking about here? :)

Pretty easy to pick the lock on a guitar case. If it's a combo lock (sounds like yours is a key), even easier. If you have another case with key, that same key will likely work.

Locks on guitar cases are not for security against theft.
They're for security against accidental opening when being handled.
A properly bent paperclip will open it.

This. Bend a paperclip if it's a standard case lock or shim the lock if it's a padlock.

Shoot the lock off with a high caliber handgun. If it damages the guitar, explain that to the manager, I imagine he will quickly make it right.

I've got the key in a fish bowl full of confetti and you bob to get it out or you can have what's behind door #2

Is it one of those G&G cases which open by moving the lock?

Yeah, definitely check this. I once shipped a guitar to a guy who had the same issue, and I was panicking because I'd never had the key so I couldn't figure out how it got locked... Then he just slid the lock to one side and it opened. They're weird if you've never seen them before.

I left a beloved guitar at a friends house stored in it’s case, the ones with the combination lock. Somehow the combination was changed overnight?
    Wtf right?
Luckily I figured out the right combination after many trial and errors

    Sorry bro
for the missing key, cruel joke I tell ya!

    Lol.

    Call a locksmith.

Okay. I'll call, have them come down here and pick the skimpy POS lock on a guitar case. You can expect the bill any day now, dumb GC employee!
