Ngd dilemma

    So call a locksmith, have them pick the lock on the Guitar center you bought it from, go in and ransack the place to find a key to send you.
    When GC reports a break-in you can tell them you were just following instructions from the GC employee.

    How would it have been locked without the keys to do it?

    They're all pretty much the same. They probably have a key to lock the cases sitting on the shipping table.

    I've heard of the 24 hour before opening the case rule, but this takes the cake. : )

    Glad it worked out for you. Did they apologize at all after telling you to call a locksmith? Idiot winds.

    I would go to GC and try all the keys they have in new cases. The key usually fit many cases.
