NGD: Koll Jr. Glide from Tradarama

I picked up this Koll from Jim at Tradarama and want to say what a pleasure it is to deal with Jim. He always has a great selection of boutique guitars and has been fair and honest in all our dealings. The Koll arrived today and as expected it's a fabulous guitar. I love the '59 neck carve and the Lollar P90s sound just right. Not too brittle or harsh with just the right amount of sweetness to the tone. I was at work when the Koll got delivered and as soon as I got home I spent the next few hours playing until my fingers literally got raw. It has definitely been a good day.

This is my first Koll and the spec sheet says it has a "Roundback 59" neck carve. It's perfect for me, not too thick and not too thin. I've owned a Gibson R9 and this neck carve is very similar. Hope that helps.

I just bought a Koll from Tradarama too. I've got one coming from Saul as well. Jim was great. There is not enough great things I can say about my Koll! I just played it at the Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly festival and from the stage to my room I had at least 10 people ask me about it. I put a set of the new TV Jones Setzer Filtertrons in it...those suckers rip!
