Just got this off the emporium!

It came with two pick guards, which do you like better?

So far, so good. Anyone have any tips on adjusting the tension on a Bigsby B5? It's a little stiff/tight for my liking currently.

Perhaps one of THE best "parts-casters" I've seen round here in a long, long time.

    That thing looks amazing.

Another win for MJT. Those guys are amazing.

Definitely the white guard. Did you try a different spring under the arm?

I'll say that's def the best one I've seen. I vote white, the contrast sets it off!

    I like the white guard.
As for Bigsby tension, check to see if there is anything under the spring. There is usually a nylon washer at least. I put coins in mine to increase the tension. If you have any extra "spacers" try removing them. I'd leave the nylon washer though.

Yes I did, and there is only the nylon washer in there currently. I tightened the bolt inside the spring because I realized it was pretty loose where the arm connected. I may try putting a different spring in there sometime soon because right now it doesn't seem to have as much give as I would like it to.

Any recommendation on a spring that will give it more play? Right now I think it's the regular 1 inch spring in there.

Nice! I'd go white pick guard. Looks like a tuxedo.
