I've been looking for one of these for a long time. An old Supro 60/Ozark with the lapsteel pickup. I may have paid a little too much but these don't come around often. Need to get a pickguard made for it.

Oh man! That's a rare one. I've never seen one with that pinstriping on the body or headstock. It looks cleaner than the Board of Health, too.

Actually, it looks like that one never had a pickguard; do you see marks from where one was?

There's screw holes for where the pickguard went. I like they way it looks without it but I'll get one made if I can get a template from someone. I can't be sure if the neck is original, but the serial number on the plate is correct for the period these were made.
Here's a pic I found with similar striping and the pickguard on another "60".

Hey all. I saw the pictures posted and I got excited. I have had this guitar for almost 20 years but finding info on it has been hard. Can anyone tell me what this is and a possible history? Thanks! T.C.
