Holy smokes this thing has a nice neck. The fret board edges are well rolled and the fret edges are dressed amazingly. One of my biggest pet peeves is when the fret ends have sharpies and need filing down. You won't have to worry about that on this one. The action was a bit higher than I would normally have it so I adjusted the bridge down a bit. Now it practically plays itself. The pickups sound great as is. I don't think I will be swapping them out anytime soon.. I'm very happy with this one..

Nice score! I just got back from a trip to GC and played one of those. They only had one, and it was pretty worked over from people playing it, but I loved the satin finish on the neck and body. Great fretwork and the body resonated like crazy. I think the S2 line is a great value. Enjoy!

I'm sure it plays and sounds as good as it looks... which is great!

    Congratulations!

I've gone from core line to S2's myself.

The satin finish on the neck makes it feel like a worn in guitar..

Nice! Love that you can get the Pattern Regular neck shape on a 22-fret neck in the S2 series.
