    Hmmm, I can think of one guy who I wouln't mind seeing booted. I'm not one to say names, but it starts with an H and ends with a enry.

    H did an interview I heard last year where he specifically said he wanted Gibson to continue to grow in the music business, not just be in the guitar business. So diversifying is something he's planned. They own a fair amount of stuff from what I recall.

    It's going back to the days of Norlin or Baldwin Music - just a big conglomerate. Personally, I think Henry has lost his mind.

    They are just acquisitions to diversify the markets they are involved in. You will probably be surprised that many brands are owned by the gibson label.

    KRK, Kramer, Baldwin just to name a few. It's just business and shareholder value.
