    Nice!

Only thing I could add would be to throw in video time of chops with a LP along with the Strat.

    Great work!

good example of what this pedal can do

I agree with several of your comments:
    • the mid switch positions are subtle, but there
    • the pedal allows the guitar & amp character to come through
    • the Firefly has a number of useful tones. It's tuned very well, in regard to finding useful settings throughout the entire sweep of the knobs

Is that a Larry Carlton signature ES-335 that you're playing in the Ceriatone demos? I'd really love to have one of those.

No. It's a sadowsky semihollow, hamer monaco superpro or epi les paul. I might have used the 339 for one, I can't remember...

Jack cool pedal, thanks for the demo. Sounds like a TS plus something else, though I can't place what that something else is. Seems very versatile.

Nope, NO TS heritage in the Firefly. Not a rat either... Imagine that!

Good, frankly I am getting a bit weary of both of those tones. Great sounding pedal.

Thanks Jack for these.... sounds like a very cool pedal ...
    Never heard of it ...

Curious ... do you ever use a Tele for your demos ..?
Would luv to hear some of these followed up with a Tele.
if ya ever get the inclination to do so that is ...
(not that you don't do enough already my friend ....)

Thanks for the comments Joseph. I'd love to have a tele. I'm trying to find one with jumbo frets since my left hand is weak and lazy. I bought one recently with vintage frets and just couldn't bend on it. :)

FWIW, although I can't make demos, I usually play a tele, and the firefly works very well with it. Especially if you are looking for a bit of push without a lot of coloration.

Bump! Anyone else try the Firefly?? I just discovered these great demos yesterday. My current overdrives include the MI Audio Blues Pro and Blue Boy Deluxe.

I bought one after watching Jack's demos, and I love it. It's smooth without being dark. The mid switch works great without being obtrusive. As a previous poster stated, it's voiced really well. Good job, Nick!

I see an opamp, some transistors, and some diodes. Does that help?
