I don't know if this is old news. Check it out, near the bottom of the 6th page:

If I had as much money as Noel I'd have six and I'd keep one in each Lamborghini.

Lol! That gives 'grab-and-go' pedals a whole new meaning.

I said Noel, not Liam. ;)

Does this mean he has go backward AND forward in time; at the same time?

Yeah maybe he can go back and fix all the crappy production and mastering on his records.

Lol! The teeny girl wetting panties excitement was not exactly what I was going for...

But, Noel having two Timelines is noteworthy for a couple reasons - Strymon had a one-per-person policy during the period when Noel obtained his, and even if there is no controversy over that, and perhaps there isn't, but it is notworthy because he is the first musician at that level of popularity that I've heard about having a Timeline, let alone any Strymon pedal. Sure there are some others, but not as well known as an Oasis or a U2 type stadium act. Correct me if I'm wrong.

The thing that I loved when I read that is he uses a Fender Blues Junior and some Boss pedals live.

Some of the presets sound exactly like Pink Floyd!

Noel hinted at the next solo record having a psychedelic theme so it should be a trip... erm, to hear the Timeline all over it.

What period would that be? Because as soon as they got here in Europe, you could get as many Timelines as you wanted... As for the pedal itself, what is so earth-shattering about an artist (famous or not) using one?

Maybe he got it through a dealer? Or bought them off some friends?

It's cool that he has one. It's another known pro using a very tgp pedal :)

I don't think there are any restrictions or waitlist's in Europe, either. I have seen the Strymons, including the Timeline, for sale in several of the big UK outlets. Noel, love him or hate him, is a total gear-wh*re, guitar fanatic.. and very, very rich.

    Pr*ck.

    ...and I love him too!

For both the pedal and the artist - because it has a great tone and will likely find its way onto Noel's next solo record. What'sso hard to understand? Lol. Beyond that, it's certainly great for Strymon that they should get some more high-profile coverage and well-deserved additional recognition. Or is this about repressed hate or something I'm missing? :huh

Well, let me put it another way: if you expect the average forum member to be struck with awe by the fact that somebody famous is using a TGP darling (TWICE!!!), I guess I don't fit that description. :)
