ToneQuest wrote a review of a 2007 non-reverse Firebird that had two P-90's, a stop tailpiece and a sunburst (Firebird burst?) finish but I can't find anything about these guitars. I know Gibson currently offers the TV white three P-90 model but I'd really like to find the other one. Does anybody have one, seen one, know where one is? It would have looked like this but with P-90's.

Thanks.

I think all the non reverse Birds are no more...

There was a 2 P-90 a 3 P-90, 2 FB Mini buckers, 3 FB Mini buckers and 2 full size Humbuckers. I had a chance to buy a 2 P-90 and/or a 2 full size bucker model a few years back on closeout and passed on both of them...been kicking myself for it for a while now!

They were pretty rad guitars, I'd like to find one again one!

Sorry, but I'm no help on the search. Keep looking, as I'm sure they are out there. Firebirds and P90's make a great combination.
Not sure if you would be interested in this route, but you consider locating a vintage NR Firebird with some issues and installing P90's.

Yes but have yet to find one that's -

A) Affordable.
B) Has a stop tailpiece.

I'd even consider a stop tailpiece sunburst with some other pickup configuration and make the conversion to two P-90's, but these seem to be rare birds (no pun intended).

The TV White with three P-90's are (I think) still available, they seem to be easily found. Obviously that would be the easiest route to take but I have time to kill and can wait it out until I find a burst. Besides, you and I both know what I got cooking for 2010. Some of that stuff needs to be taken care first. :D

According to Gibson.com they are only doing the reverse FB-5.

That non reverse in TV white wiht gold hardware and 3 mini's or 3 P-90's was everywhare for a while as a lcose out...they must have built a butt load of them but they are al discontinuted now...

Anyway, you're right...you have several full plates!

A couple of years ago, I saw the guitar the OP is referring to on the Music Zoo website, IIRC. I never saw another from the reissue run in the standard burst, and couldn't get any info if it was maybe a special dealer run or what. Shame that they didn't offer the burst since that was the primary finish, but it is Gibson.
