Hey, everybody.

Got this in the mail yesterday from John at Basic Audio. What a great pedal! Deep and warm, with a volume knob that gets you out from the drop in volume that trems give. The switch cuts the speed in half.

Looks cool, too!

I thought it might be bad form to post it twice. Anyway, great pedal! I'll be getting some more Basic Audio stuff.

GREAT trem. I was looking for a set and forget bias type trem for a subtle undulating sound and the Throbby is one of the best, if not the best for that. Very inspiring to play. John makes killer pedals for sure.

Below is a clip I posted before. Just some noodling recorded on my phone, but I think you can get an idea of how beautiful the pedal sounds in that context. Guitar -> Throbby -> amp. Pedal comes on 25s into the clip.

Beautiful! Nice playing. Thanks for sharing this. The Throbby was a real surprise for me, and I'm really digging it.

Hey Big Jim.
Ive had a throbby for a while!! Seriously though its a great trem, lovely thick, chewy throb. I use it at the end of my signal chain. Its really cool as a thickening boost too. Anyone else use it like that?!.
Congrats on an excellent pedal.
