NPD: Effectrode Mercury Fuzz

Received this from the good folks at Effectrode yesterday after being on the waiting list for a good while - what does everybody think??

I have one too. I grabbed one on the last run of them.
It’s pretty amazing. From fully saturated fuzz to low gain sparkly od. Even a clean boost. I like it most in the low gain areas. Makes me want to try the Fire Bottle.

Got mine yesterday and I'm amazed with its tones. It makes an excellent pair with the Fire Bottle before or after it for an extra oomph. I don't think I need much more distortion-wise, but it made me want to try the Tube Drive too.

The Fire Bottle & Tube Drive are both outstanding too Can't recommend them enough!

Liked it a lot. Very Bluesy, but didn't work so well for me in a band mix, particularly with 2 guitars (to be fair though, not a lot of fuzzes do for me)

Second the Firebottle recommendation. It is just such a useful tool on my board.
