NPD-Polara!

My Polara reverb arrived today. The Reverse doesn't trip my trigger so much, but the Halo is sweet! Great plate and room, decent hall, and decent enough drip to the spring with the right tweaks dialed in. At first blush I already like this a whole lot more than the Boss RV-5. Gotta run; time to go play!

So that inspired me. I split the chain: compressor>OD>LX65D>Delay>Chorus>Reverb and then also went stereo into the Cub 10 with the Delay>Chorus>Reverb line. It sounded great, especially with just a little more V on the Cub 10. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much fun.

Happy NPD! I've not really had mine on anything other than halo since I got it. Tried all the modes, they all sounded pretty damn good. Really like the modulated setting, too. But I bought it for halo mode, and I've got a great spring tank in my amp. So it's more of a soundscape creator for me, but definitely fantastic!
