Eddie could make a ukelele plugged into a transistor radio sound great!

    No fair!!!

    :D

Seriously...sounds great with the Suhr Strat.
Sweet...I cant believe I almost had one of these, and turned it down.
I may swing a deal for one after checking out the video.

Sounds a lot better than the regular version which sounds and feels very artificial and inorganic.

    Nice video....

However, I thought the clean sounded great.....but the OD was just "ok"...nothing special.

    Be curious to try myself......

Thanks for posting that!! I was going to , but I tend to post too many 'negative' or at least 'against the grain ' things.. That OD in the video was absolutely NOTHING special at all. It sounded like any amp I own , excpet most of mine would sound better. Meanwhile, I saw/heard the Al Estrada OD100 clips on Suhr's site I believe or on Al's site, and those were all SPECTACULAR.... every single one of them .

Looks like he was using the second channel almost clean and using the Exotic pedals to get him into the highr gain area. Am I right?

I gave the vid a good listen , I found the clean channel to be simply amazing and had wondrous chime, adversely, I found the overdrive channel to be very ordinary sounding indeed, tell the truth, i found it very underwhelming.

I know those video clips only tell a certain amount of the story , but cleans were great, and drive just ordinary in my opinion.

I remember watching clippage of the Splawn Quickrod and that amp blew me away in a fashion I couldnt imagine the OD100 coming within a mile of.

A couple people have mentioned the Egnater vids, got a link? Can't find 'em.

Is the OD-100 'Classic' a new model??? (edit - never mind, found the scoop)
