What do ya'll like? I'm leaning toward a Barber LTD or Direct Drive. Or maybe a Way Huge Green Rhino. I know the OCD is near that price point but I don't want to go that route. Application would be post rock/atl/indie types.

If you're getting one OD, you want it to be versatile. I'd go with a SRB808 or a Signa Drive (preferably the former).

If you want to spend about $25 more used, the Gristle King can be dialed in to sound like the two I mentioned, but also includes a really nice boost. It has several knobs and toggles, so you can get a variety of tones.

I had a Barber LTD and put it on ebay because I preferred my Boss OD3. Don't get me wrong, the LTD is a fantastic pedal...but the Boss OD3 *to my ears* is the best OD out there for my needs: in front of a clean amp.....and its $80. If your budget is $130 don't think you have to spend that amount to find a great OD...because you don't.

I really like the AMP 11. FAT chewy overdrive! I think they sell for $125 in the emporium.

Amp11 is a very good pedal at this price point due to having the COT boost side. I regret selling mine and the OD11 I am using now is just not quite the same. Timmy is a STEAL if you buy it new from Paul. What a good pedal!

(There's a theme to my pedals here...hmmm)

ANY of the visual sound stuff.

Barber makes awesome pedals at a phenomenal price point.

The MXR classic OD at guitar center is a steal. Get two, set the internal switches differently, and you have 2 great OD's brand new for under $80.

Check out the MXR Badass Modified OD or the Timmy. These are both great drives and relatively inexpensive.

Barber makes amazing pedals, not just amazing for the money.

I'd pick a flavor from his line (if you squeese a bit more, might even get two for that cash used)
