    Doesn't seem to affect David Hidalgo's playing but when Los Lobos plays City Winery he comes out onstage redder than a ripe apple.

    Wine happens.

    That's more like it. That's basically the show I saw back in the late 70's. And it was great! Made the rest of the show a lot more challenging for B.O.C.

    billy G has been the man for just about the same amount of time i've been alive, but if david hidalgo and billy gibbons are playing clubs next door to each other, i'm walking in to see david hidalgo

    Anyone can have a poor few minutes. Seems like someone edited a compilation of that. After 50 years of performing, I'm sure he's been on stage a few times with the flu, without any sleep, with a sore hand, with a stomach bug, with a dozen other little things that inhibited him but didn't stop the show going ahead.
