I'd have to be paid 200 bucks to take it.

Someone really needs to put that thing to sleep (then do the same to the person who mutilated it). It literally made me sad to look upon it. It's kinda' like the scene at the end of the remake of the fly where Brundle-fly pulls the shotgun towards his face. Tragic!

I'd almost pay $200. just to put it out of its misery.

    hmmmmm...

Although it's not my cup 'o joe, I think the Les Paul has some artistic merit. The Explorer's another story, it just looks - butchered.

I'm usually one that likes the over the top, but for some reason that Lester's just a bit too over the top for my taste.

Someone might be able to remove the neck from the Explorer and re-use it. I never looked into how you remove a neck from a setneck guitar, but I'm sure it can be done. It'd be a big job rebuilding it as an Explorer, though.

I kind of like the work done on the carved Les Paul, but it is a bit too much. Best as I can tell, that's one of those inexpensive Les Paul anyhow.

    Sold for $1500 with BIN!

Reminds me too much of the Dickson Mounds though, so I wouldn't want it.
