I was cleaning out some boxes and found an old bridge that I think came on a '60s Gibson Melody Maker that I bought at a pawnshop in the mid '70s.

The MM was modded similar to the one Joan Jett used to play when I got hold of it, so I don't know if it's a Gibson bridge or aftermarket. I think it's made to fit onto a Les Paul/SG junior.

One of my friends has an old SG jr. with the vibrato bridge, I was thinking of shipping it to him if it will fit. He never used the vibrato, so this one would be smaller, and not have the hole in it for the vibrato arm.

Does anyone know if this will fit his SG jr.?

    TIA

It's the part that slides sideways into a Maestro Vibrola. The rest of the assembly needs to match.
