so i am trying to decide on a new amp. I have been looking at"vintage" amps such as the epiphone pacemaker(a store close has one) or an older gibson.
or a allen hot fudge with nuts( store has it as well) might have to trade in my current amps for this one(classic30, valve jr head, peavey412xxl)
I know its basically prefernece but what makes this allen amp $1200 new versus my classic 30 i have now? also, i have heard the vintage amps sound amazing, but what makes it sound differnt than newer ones?
as you can tell, im a noob, so im here to learn
