Got 1 recently but havent installed yet. Just wondering if its a POS or a pretty nice speaker. Its a 8 ohm 12".
My SCXD is in a 12" cab and I also have a Laney Cub 12r. Thanks

I've got a 4x12 with early 80's Rola G12-80's with the 444 bass cones, they are fantastic.

    I don't know what a G12p-80 is?

It's a essentially a tweaked Seventy 80....good all around speaker that is not too dedicated to one cause. You will have seen various versions in everything from Fender and Rivera to Line 6. I even had some in my /13 rig because I like that they are a bit more neutral compared to others in our range.

:agreeI have a few 4x12's loaded with the original 80's (444 cones) and the speakers sound amazing.

I have on in a fender 112 closed back cab. It sounds amazing with my TH100, and Dark Terror.
