What about a Fender Blues Deluxe Reissue? Any known issues with these? Sound quality good? I want something in the 40watt neighborhood..but I don't want a troublesome amp. Suggestions?

I've seen some issues that resembles "motorboating" in that family of amps. I do not know how common it is, but I've witnessed it more than once in the newer versions. I cannot confirm the existence of the issue in the US made series.

When working I thought they sounded pretty good though.

I've owned one (sold when I was focused on drumming for a couple years) and a friend of mine owns one now. He's had his for about 6 years and never had issues. Good clean platform for pedals.
