Basically as the tittle says, what are the options if I want a humbucker pickup output and sound and it has to fit in a bridge J pickup cavity?

Dunno if the Lace Sensor "Man-o-War" or Alumitone would be the sound you're looking for. If you have J bass (not P+J), perhaps wiring the pickups in series would give you what you want.

What do you consider "humbucker pickup output and sound"?

Seymour Duncan makes one or more, and you can't go far wrong with a Quarter Pounder on a Jazz Bass.

    You essentially have:
    Quarter Pound
    Hot Stack Jazz
    Hot Jazz

+1 on the QP as being a loud jazz bass pickup, but i don't see a stack as getting there, they tend to be weaker, not louder. the dimarzio ultra jazz is a pretty powerful split-coil pickup.

i don't think any of them are gonna sound like a big soapbar humbucker though.
