So i plugged in my new pedal board today to my amp, and now have very low volume on the guitar.

No matter what i try, tried different cables, checked the speaker cab and it is connected to the 8 ohms output on the amp, the speaker in my cab is also 8 ohms.

Tried connecting directly to the amp, still very low volume.

Had replaced the filter caps a few months back and those are good quality caps, I am yet to open the amp and troubleshoot.

But any tips on where to start? I think from the PI tube first?

Yes, also I had replaced the V1 tube from a 12AX7 to an ECC82. to lower the gain, but has been that way and it worked very well until today.

    Any suggestions please?

Replace the pre-amp tubes one at a time starting at V1.

Sure will do, Thank You....I did take some images after i took the amp apart today, here are the images, both fuses are intact, no burns, no visible damage can be seen anywhere.
