Anyone have one? Played one? Was checking out youtube clips. Seems pretty badass.
It's fun, yes. Give it a shot, if you don't like it, flip it.
Tried both the head/cab and the combo...really like the combo...matches up quite well with single-coil-equipped guitars.
Boy, thats not as easy as it used to be.
I took a $75 hit on one of the first Korean ones, after playing through it for an hour. I only sold it because I didn't need it. Couldn't resist.
Cool amp though. Kind of a one-trick pony..
I had one for a while. Does the British over-drive thing good, but that was all I liked about it. I agree with the one trick pony analogy. YMMV
great amps for drive. worth the moeny
I modded mine by removing a gain stage, swapping the OT for one designed for an 18 watt Marshall, and swapping all the signal caps for Sozos. Not a one trick pony anymore...
Either way a good deal for the $ especially used. A decent base for mods too.
Great input. Thanks guys.
Great amp for getting your Rawk on. Extraordinary recording amp too. I actually dig the stock tubes, whatever they are!
