I placed my order on Jan 2 and kept waiting for a shipping notification. Never got one, out of the blue my amp showed up today. Unpacked it and hooked it up. Sounds great, I've got some tweekeing to do. I'll be in touch.

    Sweet!

I'm still waiting for one to turn up used, as they will from time to time...

    Let me charge the camera.

The more I play it the better I like it. I hooked my TC M-One in the loop, although it's passive it sounds surprisingly good. I'm getting some pretty convincing Peter Green FWM tones with the amp. The footswitch is cool, the boost is wonderful (it works on both channels) and the lead channel, so far I've learned to turn the gain down and roll the guitar volume. It's more like a gain control than a volume. This amp isn't for metal but for old school just plain great tone it's got it.

    2 very big thumbs up!

I've got one that arrived tody as well!!

AND...I'm turning down the level of the OD channel, but turning UP the ratio. Seems to give up the goods without scratchy gain.

    But I'm at work now...:(

Cool Andy! We will have to trade info as we learn about the amp. Right now I have mine set

    volume 5
    bright on
    deep on
    rock
    treble 7
    mids 7
    deep7
    overdrive 2 (!)
    ratio 2
    master 5
    presence 3

I have learned to roll back the volume a bit and use it for a gain control of sorts.

I'm going to leave well enough alone for now but after the honeymoon I'll open it up and mess with the trimmer.

By the way, this amp does what I wished the Ethos od would have. Fot a little more than the price of two of those you can have the whole amp.

Those are pretty high EQ settings for a Dumble type amp, especially with the bright and depp switches on.

Even though I have pretty limited experience with a Fuchs mod I got about two weeks ago, I keep the treble almost off when the bright switch is on. It's still plenty bright.

I almost ordered one, but I couldn't stand to be on another waiting list. I'm close to changing my mind, though.

I'd like very much to a/b this amp with some of the other d clones. If they sound better, then that would be saying something because this amp will hold it's own with most anything I've ever heard.

I'm using the same settings with single coils and humbuckers, just turning the od gain down a tad.

Yeah, I didn't meant that it culd not be good sounding of course, just wondering if the EQ range is different from the other D clones.

I wish I knew. This is the only amp of this type I've ever even seen let alone heard.
