My setup this morning in all its stereo goodness. (Benson Cabinet is behind the stage in an iso box)

Which is why yesterday I started making us a new iso box big enough for everyone's amps.

The Distortron has been a mainstay on my board for years, and I added a V3 Charlie Brown a while back; they are similar, but I prefer the CB at higher gain. If you have a Bluesbreaker type OD, try stacking it into the BOR; works great.

I have a BOR too, but prefer the D'tron slightly. They're supposed to be the same circuit, so it must be tolerance variances.

I am too scared of power tools to make stuff like this. I am kind-of attached to my appendages, in more ways than one.

Headlined the Bears block party last night in Chicago. Still using Helix for bass and all guitars with the LTB gig. NY State Fair in Syracuse tomorrow. Playing in church again next weekend for the first time in awhile.

Nice rig. A 1spot pro CS6 will fit under there and power the AFB no problem from a 500mA output. I power my nano+ HX Stomp rig with one.

OD > volume > delay > reverb. The key for ambient swells is stacking delays into a reverb. With only one delay it will be difficult to get the big “wall of sound” thing.

Thanks man! It was mostly due to the combination of last minute key changes for 3 of the 4 songs, plus my cold-medicine numbed melon. Apparently, everyone had some kind of sinus issue today. o_O

No wrong notes, just lacked energy, played it safer than I would have liked.

I haven’t been able to hear anything for about 2 weeks too. Can’t wait to have my lead ears turned back into bronze ears.

Yeah, that's what's going around here too. Everyone is hoarse with clogged ears. I felt awful Thursday and Friday, but I ordered one of those sinus flush systems, not the Navage one, the one I have only forces the saline into your sinuses. I used it last night, and was clear until about 9am this morning. But even so, I'm no where near as stopped up as I was yesterday.

Twice in the last week I have encountered people trying way to hard to get $5 off the price of pedals I'm selling. $325 vs $320, $170 vs $165. It's like they know the price is fair and dont really want to dispute that, but want to feel like they scored a discount anyways. I am more understating of the lowball offers, but haggling $5 seems weird.

Not sure you can make that generalization...

Sometimes when I'm in a mood I counter with $2 off, or just outright reject the offer. Most of the time I just ship the dumb thing...
