What does a Strat (maple neck) sound like with a P90 bridge? I have a MIA Strat with a SD Pearly Gates in the bridge and like it, but I have HBs in all my guitars so was wanting something a little different. I love P90s and I guess I'm just looking for a reason to drop one in. Thanks

My Chapin Stratahoula sounds awesome with a P-90 in the bridge. Not sure if "P" is the right designation - it's in a single-coil slot. And the body & neck are mahogany. Highly recommended.

Fralin makes a single-coil sized P-90ish pickup: the steel poled Strat pickup. Heard good things.
