Ive never owned a guitar with P90's and subsequently have not had the chance to try one with fuzzes.
    how do they react?

I play a cheap Squier Tele with P90s and Zoom Ultra Fuzz into a Twin Reverb and it sounds great as does my Strat.

    don't know if this helps...

My Les Paul Special with P90s plays nice with my HomeBrew UFO fuzz into my Mesa Nomad and Blue Angel amps.

    thanks so far.
anyone else? I'm especially curious to know whether or not they react similarly as single coils do.

My duncan p-90s are darker and with more squash than the texas specials in my G&L. The duncans are really hot though (14k and 11k). This is through a fuzz wah I built over the weekend. The fuzz section is a standard 2 transistor fuzz face flavor.

I have a 70's LP Pro Deluxe, with P90's and it sounds wicked with fuzz. I have a big muff, shin-ei fuzz, old maestro fuzz tone, dano french toast. They all sound great. The P90's give a thick a nasaly tone. OOHHHH rapture!

Is that the SD Custom SP-90-3b? How much darker is it than a more tradional P90?
