I loved their debut CD when it came out a while ago and I just stumbled upon these videos of them performing on Youtube. These guys (and gals) can really tear a stage up! I love the energy. They really love when they're doing. I hope to, one day, experience this.

Sound-wise, I wish their guitar tones were a little less scooped. Still good, nontheless and a really tight performance.

Enjoy.

I really like that "That's what you get" song. Other than that, nothing they've done has really hit me all that hard.

I dig Paramore. One of the better bands I've discovered via my kids.

I think they're a great band, great energy... Of course as one of my gigs I play acoustic for a female pop vocalist, we cover a few of the paramore tunes.

Their last album was, what I consider a production masterpiece. Particularly in drum sounds.

Let's keep in mind, Hayley just turned 21 a few days ago. When they recorded Riot! the drummer Zac was 15 years old. He can really craft some unique parts, that never distract from the song...but always seem to catch your ear.

I consider them almost like a modern power pop Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. They always play what fits the song, but always doing so with an insanely catchy vibe. Yeah, not my favorite guitar tones...but that doesn't make or break a band for me.

I think all these guys are immensely talented and can really craft some good songs.

Hayley is probably my favorite singer out right now. Some of the portamentoes she does are just out of this world, and she definitely has a very unique vibe despite the comparisons to Avril and Gwen Stefani.

Good stuff, guys. Hate's ok - if you don't dig it, you don't dig it.

I go crazy watching lively performances like these. They're living my dream. I guess I should get off my ass.

Jury's still out. I see something more than "generic" as one poster put it, but they need to grow out of the "No Doubt" influences. It made a lot of sense for those two bands to tour together this year. Still nothing that makes me go "YEAH!".

Fun band, not sure what all the hate is about. I own a couple of their CD's - great gym music, actually.

Kind of reminds me of Republica, a band trying to capture that groove that Garbage did so well:

Take out the techno, put in some emo, and bingo - Paramore!

Oh man that's kind of funny.

You mean Garbage, the band that tried to capture that groove that Curve did so well?
