Absolutely one of the greatest influences on my musical journey! Donation sent, Thank You Pat Martino !
Love Pat and really hope he comes through this ok. It's shameful that anyone in a wealthy country like the US, much less a great artist like Pat, even has to think about financial support for these health care issues at this stage in world development.
a classic tune by the Master! ...
happily donated. massive jazz, hell guitar influence
I had subdural hematoma surgery in 2009. I lost some motor control in my left hand that took me a few months to get back. They gave me squeeze balls and one of those spring loaded finger trainers, but I found that the best therapy was to put a guitar in my living room and keep trying to play it while recuperating on the couch watching TV.
I've seen Pat live a few times at Birdland over the past 20 years or so. Sorry to hear he is having so much trouble now.
Thanks for posting. I love Pat. Saw him in February of 2018. Still one of the greatest.
I love Pat Martino, just donated. Get Well Pat!
Love "El Hombre"; if someone asked me what jazz guitar was all about, this is the album I would play them.
Just received this ....
