Nice. Great playing and tones. I especially like the Strat with the Mudhoney (boost off). The Deja Vibe was killer too.

    Thanks Katarzis, nicely done.

I think I learnt that the new TC overdrive is not for me. I liked the mudhoney...

I'm loving the clips, your tune and of course your playing man!

Thanks for taking the time off to record and post this, very nice way of demoing your gear. You got me gassing for a Trex and a Vibe :)

I actually like that TC VPD on both the LP and the strat. Great sound and video, what kind of amp are you playing through and how are you recording or just picking up off the camcorder mic?

Hey you've got the same amp as me. Did you do any mod on it?I've got a set of JJ's to put in, how long have you had it?It took me few months of cranking to get the speakers broken in properly..

hi, the amp is marshall 1962 combo "bluesbreaker" reissue.
the recording is just the microphon of the camera.
its very funny that from a digital stills camera you can get this sound :).

no mod - i just connect the two channels with small cable.
i connect the guitar (after pedals of course) to the right first channel, and than connect the seconed first channel with the first seconed channel.
the thing is that in this amp you got two channels that each on his own doesnt sound good at all. first channel is too bright and channel 2 is too dark - but - if you combine the two with one small cable you can get a lot of flexablity of your sound. i actualy know people that sold their 1962 because they didnt know that! :)
the problem with this thing is that you have to play in high volume to get enough character of each channel - you can solve it with attanatuatore (wich personaly i think its a fiction :p) or any other pedal that can control your overall volume (i use the hughes and kettner replex that is also a tube preamp - very good pedal).

about the JJ - i just ordered my JJ's :) hope it was a smart move. i havent replaced the tubes for about 5 years - hope it will make sound better :).

My digital cameras also take movie clips, the canons do .avi's but my panasonic lumix does huge .mov's uncompressed.

any way to compress .movs to .mp4s or .wmvs ? I don't use QT enough to justify the pro upgrade. Thanks!
