    Hi everyone,

I'm constantly trying to get my board smaller for gigs where I'm travelling (flying, specifically) and don't want to break my back.

I'm usually around a pedaltrain PT-2 size... but can't for the life of my find a good case that has wheels, and is lightweight. Ideally, something like the Pelican Air series would be great, but there's nothing with wheels that would fit in the overhead compartment.

Can anyone suggest something, or steer me in the right direction?

How about finding a small suitcase with wheels it will fit into?

Not a bad option, although sometimes I check it, so having a hard shell would be ideal!

Jon, the closest case to your needs is the Pelican Air 1615. It’s inyerior measurements are roughly 29.5” x 15.5” x 9”. It has a pullout handle and wheels. The only thing I can caution you on is that the wheels are not the greatest on the “Air” series. Aside from that, it is a Pelican Case.

    Pelican Air 1615. It’s what I use for both a PT2 and Novo 24.

My wife has a small hard shell suitcase with wheels she uses for small trips..it can be put in the overhead bin or you can check it....stuff some of your clothes around it and you’re good to go........you can find them at TJ Max, and I think Target and bed bath and beyond
