for me, appears to be the Digitech Screamin' blues, at least from when I play it next to the anemic sounding Bad Monkey at GC.

Also, DODFX25 env filter, don't know of many that know of this one.

Danelectro PBJ, but is made pretty flimsy.

    I love that pedal.

I like the Fab Chorus as well and that doesn't get any love. I am the biggest fan of the Colorsound one-knob fuzz which is never mentioned by anyone but me. I own two.

I'm not a big fan of Chorus pedals, had a Boss ch-1 for years that I never used, and finally sold. Maybe I'll try one if they're at GC. I plan to pickup a Fab Distortion if they're still at $14.

+1 on Fab Chorus. Fab Distortion is worthwhile also.

Yeah, I had one of these. Very tricky to dial in. Sold it.

But there's one thing that people at HC really HATE: The Ibanez Seventh Heaven SH-7. For a wall of grinding madness and insane crusty filth, it just can't be beat. I think.

Here is a small sample (heavily processed, as always) of the guitar parts I did with this pedal for the Riesenhaufenscheiße track.

I think Dweezil Zappa is using a DODFX25 on the Zappa Plays Zappa tour. The guy could pick from a slew of pedals and picks the DOD. Must be something to it.

but folks have told me I sound like Jerry Garcia in his prime (well that I have his tone) with that pedal, not that I knew that or was going for his sound.

    Fulltone Distortion Pro.

Cuts through band racket like a rabid mogol on acid, I love it for that.

Bill Laswell and Bootsy are pretty well known users.

I find all envelope filters to be a wee bit tricky to setup. But not that hard once you know the basics of using one.

That DOD is quite good. I like an old MXR and a new ToneFactor a little bit better for my personal tatse/style but there's nothing wrong with the DOD. It's a fun one in the efx loop of a delay.

My Clark fuzz. Back in '69, that and a Vox wah, into a loud amp, was all I needed.

I have an SIB Fatdrive and Varidrive that everyone is always telling me to get rid of. But for some reason, I personally just love the sound.

The AC Booster doesn't seem to get a whole lotta love around here......but I'm keeping mine.
