I really enjoy this guys playing and demos. For one, he sounds educated. I can clearly understand him, and he just seems like a really nice guy. Anyone else enjoy Pete's playing and demos?

Pete's a valued member here, because his fingers on a fretboard back up his words!

I did not know he was a member here, but I guess I should not be surprised. I was checking out his demo on the Clinch EP-Pre, and man, he just nailed that VH tone from Eruption at the end of the video. The playing nailed it too, sounded just like Eddie in his prime.

Actually bought the Boss BC2 based on his demo and it didn't disappoint. So, besides being a great player and product endorser, he's trustworthy too!

Even though I've never met him, I can't say I care for the guy.
I guess he plays ok guitar. I guess....

    :sarcasm

Pete seems like a cool down to earth guy.
Killer player and does great demos.
I've heard a couple cuts off his solo album "Guitar Nerd".
    Fairly kick ass IMO.

His Youtube videos of how to play Eruption may be one of the best things I've received as a guitarist (that and Metal Method guitar lessons). Wanted to play that piece all my life and now I can because of Pete.

He's a very humble guy that trys to keep things civil. He's a good player, especially at copping Van Halen stuff. I remember really digging one of his originals he did with vocals. Overall I'm envious of anyone that has a full head of hair and more importantly a working pancreas.

Pete (sinasl1) is a very humble guy for sure. I appreciate all his informative input here on TGP.

Watched him play with Melissa Etheridge last year on tour in Vancouver...........loved his chops.

I bought guitar nerd and the lesson Pete offered when the record came out. I've sent him a PM on something. He got back to me on it right away. He's a pro gigging musician mind you. I discovered him a few years ago on YT with his instructional of Eruption. From his posts here he seems like such a good guy and very willing to share his pro insight with us bunch of amateurs of all abilities. This makes him a cut above in my book.

Big fan here. Musicality in spades, a great sense of 'give-back' to the wider guitar community (he spends more time contributing online in the guitar cyberspace than any other working pro I know), and a very nice dude (from a few email encounters we've had). Keep up the good work, Pete!

Guitar Nerd is the first instrumental guitar album in a long time that really did it for me. Well worth checking out if you haven't already...

I like how his videos don't have five minutes of talking and 30 seconds of playing. Take notice, guys.
