Frampton is playing better than ever. I always loved his guitar playing and tonight he did not disappoint. 2, 3/4 hours (no intermission) show consisting of the entire Frampton Comes Alive, followed by instrumentals from Fingerprints, and songs from Thank You, Mr Churchill. Humble Pie followed up, then While My Guitar Gently Weeps.

His sounds were fantastic. He had the Leslie and Phase shifter, I was happy to hear. He loves his sounds. It was moving and inspiring. I hadn't seen him play since '76, at the Cape Cod Coliseum (both nights) and you can tell that he is really still into the guitar after all these years. There is so much swing to his playing.

The original Les Paul is not back with him yet - I read that he is planning on having it for the Beacon (18th?). He sure brought a good bevy of guitars with him. Just killer.

Saw Peter last September. Inspiring! One of the best concerts I've seen.

    Awesome!

PF was the guy I wanted to be when I got my "first real six string" in 1970.

Lynn City Hall Auditorium. They updated it really nicely.

Manning Bowl?!?! My brother-in-law & I were just today talking about the Stones riot at Manning Bowl in '65!
