PETITION: harmony H44 with a FAT thru-neck and a true hershey pickup

    why is harmony reissuing a total niche guitar, but killing the two features that MADE THE GUITAR. i want a reissue with a super-fat, thru-body neck and a proper 4k alnico-bar, single-coil pickup.

    i will totally take this to harmony if it goes well. i speak korean, so i'll take it right to the damn plant!

    I agree BUT...........they would charge an arm and a leg for it. You're better off buying the Eastwood version, finding a real Hershey bar pickup, and fabricating a pickguard for it. I used to have one the Eastwood's and it was AWESOME! The neck is by far the HUGEST neck ever created, so comfy!

    harmony was back and reissuing all the classix models, including the h44 for about $600. problem was it had a thin neck and a mini-hum. i just did a google search for harmony guitars, however, and it appears they may have gone under:huh

    i can't find the site that used to come right up, and vendors have the models listed as "discontinued".

    looks like my petition is too late :(
