Pics of KOMET internals anybody ........?

    Ive seen pics of internal works of art, be they PTP or PCB, there are examples of both , Cornford, Hiwatt , Soldano, THD, Marshall DSL :rotflmao :rotflmao ........(sorry, just my little joke there ! )

    Ive heard great great tones from Komet clippage that has been posted here lately and Ive read that Hogy overbuilds these things greatly, Ive NEVER seen pics of KOMET internals...........anybody able to post some ?

    Looks just like under the skin of 2 Marshall DSL`s I owned.......orrible !!!!!

    I dont think theyre concerned about hiding their circuit. They posted several photos on their website and they havent covered anything in goop of any sort. Besides, one of their main points is that part selesction is as important as the circuit itself.

    Those photos on the Komet site are a perpetual reference for me. They are examples of how an amp should be built. The workmanship is gorgeous.

    That homebuilt above is pretty cool too! :crazy

    Most NMV anps are a fairly simple technology. It's only a matter of time untill someone takes one apart then clones it. It's gonna' happen.:horse

    the kf 50 i had was one of the most remarkable amps i've ever owned or operated. gotta give it up. big notes.

    If you go to the Komet website and look under "reviews", in the review (not the mention) article there is a pic of the Komet's internals. Although it's pretty fuzzy and you can't actually see details, you can see how lovely it's all laid out :D
