    ...I had some fun.

I found a really interesting drum loop and I made this "thing" around it.[IMG]

I used my black mutt Strat with Duncan pickups and a Boss GT-8 processor.

    I hope you like it...it's a bit self indulgent...be gentle.:moon

Are you using reason for the drums? Sounds very reasony lol.
Oh and what patches are you using, they sound awesome. Could you post your settings or the patches if you have sleepys gt8 patch editor.

Very cool dude! What was that synthy sound. playing the melodic lines
flute like, very zawinul or Kinsey...I could hear you expand on that...

The drums are a recorded Acid Pro drum loop called "New School" which I used to start off with. I'm sure you could program the loop in Reason, but I'm still leaning that software.

I don't have a GT-8 patch editor...I wish I had one that works well, so if you could point one out I'd be very gratefull.

I used the "clean twin" amp model and I just added delay, a DST+ distortion pedal simulation, guitar synth and some mono chorus...all on different guitar tracks of course.

The bass line was just a cheap Ibanez bass played directly into my PC soundcard.

I'm glad you liked my little effort.:BEER

Thanks man...it's always an honour to be appreciated by you!:BEER

I played the lines using the guitar synth effect on my GT-8.

It's great how a certain sound makes you play in a certain way.

Maybe the fact that I really dig Weather Report and Tribal Tech might have something to do with it.:rotflmao
